What this HMP does well: All the jurisdictions and municipal codes are laid out clearly that the area must adhere to. The ecological details are precise, each species is named and there is an understanding for the greater community/ecosystem, such as with soil surveys and not just the individual species. The photo visuals of these species were very helpful in order to understand what to be looking for. There is a solid timeline for the restoration construction sequence and even a monitoring schedule (I had not seen this detail on other plans for long-term organized upholding). Aspects needing improvement: There is consistently wording that can be confusing to a public reader, making it less accessible. Additional important notes: This plan was written in 2017 and based off the most up to date regulations of the WDFW, NRCS, and USFWS.
