What this HMP does well: The plan sets aside an acre of protected land bordering a park that will help protect from future development. The new buildings proposed, while inside the 250 foot shoreline buffer, will improve the quality of the effluent discharge, which is ultimately very positive for the life in the river.
Aspects needing improvement: This plan receives a score of 2 for "Timeline" because while the buildout lasts until 2030, there is no proposed date for the next update for the HMP.
