Habitat Management Plans

This HMP is well organized and easy to understand. However, it scores relatively low for mitigation because while it acknowledges the environmental impacts are minimal, where noise, traffic, pollution and other impacts are possible, no specific mitigation measures are expressed. The plan is not quickly accessible to the public, and there are few environmental impacts listed in the plan, which might make anyone skeptical of the possible detrimental effects of construction and high traffic so close to the river.
