What this HMP does well: This plan has extensive research of the possible affected species.
Aspects needing improvement: The construction of the path goes beyond the previous site area. More research into erosion control of the path would be helpful.
Additional important notes: Overall, this plan appears to be a benefit to the riparian zone. The proposed benefit to the shoreline looks like it will be an asset to the city and to species in the habitat.
